CARETAKER- ESTATE MANAGER |
Are you interested in an exciting and challenging
opportunity to manage a large residential estate/property in
Ontario?
We are seeking a motivated, strong, organized, and experienced
couple and/or individual to apply their skills and experience
as a Caretaker/Estate Manager for a 200 acre, lake front
property in the Muskoka region of Ontario.
Responsibilities include general property and grounds upkeep
of a large complex estate including equipment and building
maintenance and repairs, cleaning interior and exterior
elements of property and stocking of kitchen. You will have
previous experience as a caretaker/estate manager for a large
residential property, experience with grounds and building
maintenance, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, drywall and
painting. In addition you will have experience sourcing and
overseeing contractors and must possess a valid driver’s
license. Familiarity with waterfront property and boats is an
asset.
We are seeking a responsible, reliable, honest, dedicated,
hard working, active, and physically fit individual/couple.
You will have a positive attitude, high energy, and will be
willing to do whatever is necessary to get the job done, while
utilizing your good judgment and decision making skills. This
