Gravenhurst’s Cottage Family Health team moves from the old health unit building into a new consolidated medical facility next door a week from Monday.

The five doctors and a dozen medical health support workers and staff will make the transition to the new, two-storey provincially-built $8 million facility after almost two years in the former Simcoe-Muskoka Health Unit building. The health unit will continue to have a small office and staff presence.

The Town of Gravenhurst is moving its offices into the health unit building in about late May.
